ULTIMATE RELAX & REJUVENATE PACKAGE

Starting with a back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage allowing you to relax and start to unwind into your treatment.
Once I have worked on releasing tension in your neck and shoulders its time to rejuvenate your face where it will be treated to a Holistic Facial using hot towels and including a sculpting Gua Sha treatment with premium and organic facial oils. This will aid lymphatic drainage and bring a healthy glow to your complexion.
Whilst your face is nourished with a face mask I will use Tibetan Sound Bowls to increase your relaxation experience and allow your brain to enter into a Theta state of relaxation.
Any treatment at Holistic Hands wouldn’t be complete without Reflexology to the feet to bring homeostasis and balance to the body.
HEAD TO TIBET
£90 (1 hour 30 mins)
The treatment commences with a Neck, Shoulder, Face and Scalp Massage. Clients will be lying in the supine (on their back) for the duration of the treatment supported by bolsters which assist with lower back pain should this present when lying for long periods.
The treatment position can be adapted should lying for a length of time not be comfortable.
Following the upper body part of the treatment we will enjoy a Personalised Sound Bath with Tibetan Bowls to help your mind clear fully before moving to your feet for a deeply calming Reflexology treatment.
HEAD TO THE HIMALYAS
£90 (1 hour 30 mins)
The therapy room is lit by Himalayan Lamps which aid a beautify golden glow to the space I work in.
This treatment commences with a Neck, Shoulder and Scalp Massage with the additional benefit of heated Himalayan Hot Stones. Clients will be laid in the supine position (on their back) for the duration of the treatment with the use of bolsters to support the lower back. Adaptations can be made if lying in this position is uncomfortable.
Moving next onto a Facial Massage using vegan and organic premium oils.
The treatment concludes with Reflexology to the Feet.
FACIAL FUSION
£90 (1 hour 30 mins)
Facial Fusion focusses on the upper part of the body.
This treatment requires clients to be laid in the supine position (on your back) for the duration of the session. You will be supported with bolsters under your knees which are wonderful at preventing back ache should you be prone to this when lying for long periods.
Commencing with a Neck, Shoulder and Scalp Massage and then moving onto a Facial and Facial Massage using vegan and organic products.
The final part of this 90 minute fusion treatment concludes with Facial Reflexology and Koshi Windchimes.
THAI TEA
£90 (1 hour 30 mins)
Enjoy a cup of herbal tea and massage to the upper body (through clothes) incorporating your arms, hands, neck and scalp.
Followed by a lower leg massage and Thai Foot Massage and then completing the treatment with some Reflexology to the feet.
SERENE PEACE
£120 (2 hours)
Plump & Glow Facial using premium, vegan and organic oils.
Facial Reflexology using products from the Ziggie Bergman product line, designed specifically for this treatment and incorporating the Award Winning Daily Radiance Moisturiser. The treatment completes with some 30 minutes of reflexology to the feet.
A full consultation will be carried out prior to treatment.
Reflexology treatments can be carried out on clients hands or feet. For treatments on the feet the client will be reclined in a specialist Reflexology chair. The client remains clothed and is only required to remove shoes and socks.
